We can program and provide training on most types of electric kiln controllers and recommend and install products to help with your health and safety around kiln chambers operating at high temperatures. We can repair your kilns refractory lining and brickwork from small areas of damage to a complete re-build. If you are moving premises we can pickup and move most kilns to your new location. Our wide knowledge of kiln technologies allows us to confidently provide recommendations and options for new kiln purchases.
A residual current device (RCD) commonly known as a safety switch is designed to isolate power when it detects an in-balance between the active and neutral conductor. A safety switch monitors the flow of electricity through a circuit. It detects a problem as soon as the current leaves the circuit, and turns the power off within 0.03 of a second. This disconnection or tripping of these breakers should happen without due delay, if the RCD takes too long to trip the results could be fatal.
Our licensed electricians can carry out the required tripping time test using an RCD tester to ensure your safety switches are operating correctly.
A proper functioning Exit and Emergency Lighting system ensures the safety of your workplace for your employees and visitors. Â In the case of an emergency a fully functioning exit and emergency lighting system can ensure your safe escape.
Workplace Exit and Emergency lighting must be tested every 6 months.
IndustELEC Services is able to provide a complete solution to your regular maintenance requirements including the provision of mandatory maintenance schedules. Â We can also design and install an exit and emergency lighting system specific to your workplace.
Thermal imaging is a non-invasive tool used in predictive maintenance to identify overheating of components caused by post installation deterioration. This deterioration left uncorrected can lead to equipment and component failure.
Thermal imaging allows potential faults to be identified while equipment is operational and running under load reducing the potential for failure and preventing unforeseen downtime and associated costs.
IndustELEC Services offers a complete thermal testing service using up to date technologies and equipment.
